Vendor onboarding specialist

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist to join our team who will continue increasing vendors-satisfaction. This individual will facilitate enriching relationships with various vendors through professionalism and expertise, collaborating with internal team-members as well as other divisions around UtilizeCore.

The Vendor Onboarding Specialist functions as the main point of contact for our vendors, driving the onboarding process from start to finish. This includes product delivery, onboarding, launch/ go-live phase, orientation, continual support and growth. The ultimate goal is to ensure a world class vendor experience, leading to increased retention and growth from large vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vendors are seamlessly on-boarded to our web-portal and mobile-app.

  • Walk vendors through the web-portal registration process.

  • Teach vendors how to use the web-portal.

  • Instruct vendors on the creation of their credential for the mobile-app from the webportal.

  • Explain to vendors how and where is the mobile-app downloaded.

  • Support existing and brand-new vendors on their portal and mobile-app issues over the phone, chat and email.

  • Detailed document all interactions with vendors for proper follow-up.

  • Escalate cases which are out of support team scope over to other division for their proper handling.

  • Be constantly on the web-portal training environment checking-out on new enhancements to accurately maintain vendors up to date.

  • Become fully proficient on the usage of internal documentation tools, phone-call handling software, information search engines as well as internal communication tools used to remain in touch with team members, management and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer-service experience and/or technical-support.

  • Medium Excel knowledge.

  • High-performing individual contributor with track record of building and scaling relationships.

  • Ability to multi-task and jump from one vendor interaction to another, consistently following up ensuring completion of all vendor onboarding processes.

  • Strong collaborator; proven ability to work well cross-functionally.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to help create value-focused stories through vendor data.

  • Skilled relationship builder and manager.

  • Highly flexible and adaptable; thrives amidst change and growth.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English speaker).

  • Exhibits Integrity, humility, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
