Account Executive

UtilizeCore is searching for high-energy Account Executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies to strategically deliver product value into the market. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.

Successful Account Executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find overcome objections and find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about finding workflow gaps & providing solutions, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.


  • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels

  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships

  • Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.

  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

  • Meet your annual quota.

  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends & develop sales strategies around these trends

  • Generate and maintain accurate Account and Opportunity as well as contact database

  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

  • Handling complaints and negotiations.

    • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically

  • Desire to exceed expectations with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement


  • 4+ years experience in Sales

  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations

  • Fast learner and quick thinker

  • Passionate about sales

  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
